How to stop Server Manager from auto loading with Windows Server 2012

If there is one thing that bothers me is things loading on start-up.  I honestly feel like nothing should start with an OS unless I tell it to start with the OS.  Anyway, getting this application to stop loading with Windows Server 2012 is rather easy.

Here is what you need to do…

1. On the top right of the Server Manager window click Manage
2. Click Server Manager Properties
3. Put a check in Do not start Server Manager automatically at logon
4. DONE!
